💌 When will my order ship?
All letters ship on the 8th of each month, regardless of when your order is placed.
Orders placed on or after the 7th will ship the following month.
🚚 How long does delivery take?
Delivery time after shipping:
- Canada: 2–5 business days
- USA: 5–8 business days
🌎 Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within Canada and the United States.

🔁 How do subscriptions work?
Subscriptions are billed monthly and last for either 6 or 12 months, depending on the plan you choose.
Each month, a new envelope is sent.
✏️ Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes — you can cancel your subscription anytime. Any remaining deliveries already scheduled will still be sent.
